From the early days of Doo Wop to the British invasion, the California surf scene, and the Flower Power generation, “Yesterday Once More” has it all. Every song performed just as you remember them – minus the transistor radio static!
As an added bonus, this one day only multimedia concert will commemorate the 25th anniversary reunion of Southern Illinois’ own Family Rock Band, DONNY AND THE DOO WOPS!
Formed in the late 80’s, this remarkable group expanded on the single family acts like The Cowsills and The Jackson 5 by combining six area families to create their powerful vocal / instrumental sound. For fifteen years they could be found all over Southern Illinois entertaining thousands at 4th of July events, Classic Car Shows, area malls, and even the occasional private party, bringing their unique brand of family-oriented entertainment to all. This will be the first time that all the original members have performed together in over ten years.
